  • Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

  • To request a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.

✅ Refunds

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you are eligible for a full replacement or store credit.

  • Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not possible.

  • Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

✅ Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products.

  • Items not purchased directly from the official NOBO website.

  • Products returned without prior approval.

✅ Exchanges

  • If you received the wrong item, we’ll gladly send you the correct one at no extra cost.
